Sheepfold Ministry

The Sheepfold Ministry built upon the concept of the shepherd and his sheep consists of all members of Mount Ephraim. It is designed to bring members of the church closer together by assigning them to 12 groups called tribes where the pastor is the shepherd and the church members are the sheep. The tribes are named according to the 12 tribes of Israel. Because of the church’s membership growth, the ministry is comprised of 12 tribes and 9 sub-tribes. Each tribe and sub-tribe has a leader and assistant leader position.

The ministry offers opportunities for members to get to know each other as family by providing support through fellowship and prayer as spiritual partners for one another in a time of need. If you are a church member who likes to work with people and is willing and ready to serve God as a sheepfold leader, assistant leader or ministry secretary, please prayerfully consider serving God in this capacity.

Enhance the church’s ability to accomplish its mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ through increased membership.
 
Goal
 
Reorganize the ministry and fill the positions of tribe leader, assistant tribe leader and secretary. Enlist the congregation’s support in the accomplishment of this goal.
