Golden Agers' Support Ministry

The Golden Agers' Support Ministry of Mount Ephraim is a fellowship of christians who takes pleasure in providing an inspirational environment for our seniors. The ministry is designed to encourage and enhance the faithful walk of those members who have reached their golden years. Team members are assigned to at least 10 seniors each and are responsible for checking on and assisting those seniors whenever necessary.

Seniors are honored and presented a special token gift of appreciation on Golden Agers’ Anniversary Day. In addition, seniors are remembered on their birthday with a card and a get well card when they’re sick. The ministry also offers and coordinates a wide range of activities and events such as plays, trips and dinners. Other special activities are coordinated with the Joseph A. Gilmore, Sr. Adult Day Care staff during the holidays where gifts are presented to the seniors.

We love our Lord, love one another, and love to have a good time. We welcome you to come and join us for any and all activities listed on the calendar, e-mail and on the website.

Continue to maintain close contact with Mount Ephraim's Seniors through phone calls, cards and visits in order to enhance their lives and well-being.
